So I can go into my calendar (for each device, it
seems) and say “don’t show declined events” and they disappear. Fine.
Except they should damn well not have appeared in the first place
without asking me.
But my wife is set to see my calendar read-only. So now she
has to do it too – for each device she has. And our family calendar in
the kitchen? Same thing. Except some calendar apps don’t even seem to
have that setting.
Guys, what the f*ck is wrong with you? How can anybody think that this event spam is a good idea? And who was the moron who again decided to enable a new feature without asking the user for permission.
Google: get your shit together, and stop the event spam. Really.”
