Uget – Semplice Download Manager 1.5.9.3

Uget è un semplice download manager scritto in GTK+.
Supporta la possibilità di riprendere i download interrotti, gestire delle code, classificare i download in categorie con configurazioni personalizzabili, scaricare un lista di file da un file html, monitorare gli appunti ed integrarsi con Firefox con Flashgot.

Ecco le novità della nuova versione 1.5.9.3 tratte dal sito del produttore:

Clipboard monitor can work quietly. (No confirmation dialog)
Download starting notification.
It show more information when indicate with mouse on system tray icon.
The right side of statusbar display download speed.
It can copy cookie and post file from commandline to user directory.
Commandline option “–input-file” can use with other options and URLs.
Add new command argument “–http-user-agent” and “–version”
Support offline mode
Support shutdown when downloads complete.
Support pwmd (Password Manager Daemon) – from Ben Kibbey
New notification sound.
New translation file – de.po (Alexander Haeussler)

Per installarlo su Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid basta scaricare il file .deb dal link posto sotto cliccarci sopra e confermare

uget_1.5.9.3-1~lffl~lucid~ppa_i386.deb
uget_1.5.9.3-1~lffl~lucid~ppa_amd64.deb
 
In alternativa possiamo installare l’applicazione tramite repository per farlo avviamo il terminale e scriviamo:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ferramroberto/linuxfreedomlucid && sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install uget

e avremo il nostro Uget installato / aggiornato
